CEA on LOC Program - NOVA
The CEA on LOC Program – NOVA is a federally funded education and community engagement initiative serving youth and young adults ages 10–19 across Northern Virginia, including Arlington County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, and the City of Alexandria.
Developed and implemented by CEA Enterprise, LLC, the program combines evidence-based education, community partnerships, and technology-supported program management to promote healthy relationships, responsible decision-making, and future readiness. CEA leverages digital tools and data-driven approaches to support program coordination, participant engagement, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Curriculum Approach
CEA on LOC – NOVA uses an evidence-based, medically accurate curriculum that emphasizes respect, healthy relationships, personal boundaries, communication, and responsible decision-making. The curriculum supports pregnancy prevention through age-appropriate education that encourages young people to make informed choices, avoid risky behaviors, and establish goals for their futures.
These skills also support positive youth development, academic achievement, and preparation for future educational and career opportunities.
