CEA Enterprise is led by Chibu Anyanwu, Founder and CEO, and supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes senior-level consultants with 10 or more years of professional experience delivering federally funded programs, contracts, and grants.

Our broader consulting team brings expertise across program and project management, strategic planning, information technology and systems implementation and tool identification, data and evaluation, training, and organizational change, with hands-on experience across public health, education, technology-enabled initiatives, and community-based programs. Based on the scope of each engagement, we assemble tailored project teams that combine leadership, technical expertise, and implementation capacity to ensure coordinated, responsive, and effective delivery.
